Hello my name is Evan Allen.
We are moving to Florida from Las Vegas and would like to house sit when we get there when we arrive mid May 2024. This will give us a chance to find our own place, explore new areas and not rush into something. I am 42 years old. I occasionally Write and Direct feature films. I used to own a film school camp in Canada as well with Barbara Allen (60). She is my mother and she will also be joining us. My son is 7 years old, a quiet, respectful and extremely well behaved kid. I home school him as well. I have full custody of my son. So I am a full time father. My mother watches him while I am working. We are very much cat people. We have had cats our entire life but none at the moment. We will be travelling very light. We are Canadian and Permanent Residents of the U.S.A. I do not drink, I do not smoke, never done any drugs. Barbara does not drink besides once in a very miniscule blue moon, she does not smoke, no drugs. We always leave the place cleaner than we arrived. I learned that on movie sets, my mother is a little O.C.D. with cleaning lol. My son cleans up after himself quite well too. We can’t wait to watch your place. We are extremely looking forward to a new life in Florida and getting out of the Desert of Las Vegas. No criminal records of course.
